problem installing .net framework

I have a problem installing .net framework.I have re installed the os more than 3 times and and used the dism to install it still i get the error code 0x800F0922.i tried downloading from net which was successful but gets to 99.8% when installing and gives me the error code 0x800F0922.i tried  the lodctr /r but still gives me the same error code. what should I do
