Hello and Happy New Year
I have a new laptop with preinstalled windows 8 so I tried to upgrade it to 8.1 via the store. I couldnt find it there I already installed the update needed and still it didnt appear in the store so i tried to install it with my product key but it doesnt accept it. Why is thi happening?
