Windows can't be installed on drive 0 partition 1

Hi

I am having issues with my Toshiba MK8009GAH PATA SSD Harddisk.I keep getting error such as "Windows can't be installed on drive 0 partition 1".

So when I click on the error it indicates as "Windows cannot be installed to this disk. The disk may fail soon. If other harddisk are availabl. Install Windows to another location".

I did apply with diskpart command.

Such as the following...

list disk 0

select disk 0

clean or clean all

create partition primary

select partition 1

active

format fs=ntfs quick

But it Still it fails.
