Error while activating Windows 8 Pro using MSDN Key

I installed Windows 8 Pro on my machine with a key from my friend. Now, I've got my own MSDN key for Windows 8 Pro edition. When I try to change the product key using powershell, I get the following error,

Error: 0xC004F069 On a Computer running Microsoft Windows non-code edition, run slui.exe 0x2a 0xC004F069 to display the error text.
