We applied group policy through exposed API "RefreshPolicy" in Userenv.dll.
It works fine in Windows 8. But in windows 8.1, the same is not working. But the applied setting is visible when we open gpedit.msc.
To make it work, we need to restart the machine or we need to run gpupdate /force and restart the machine. Is there any new API is exposed or we need to do anything in addition.
