Failure configuring windows reverting changes

- Windows configuration doesn't stop at 12~15% but at 95%. 

- Windows abruptly turns off while I am using and restarts before it starts the failure configuring windows loop. 

- I have accidentally deleted the system environments variable path but now it is 

C:\Program Files\Java\jre7\bin;%SystemRoot%\system32;%SystemRoot%;%SystemRoot%\System32\Wbem;%SYSTEMROOT%\System32\WindowsPowerShell\v1.0\;C:\cygwin64\bin
