Hello!
First of all, I'm sorry if I posted this in the wrong section, I'm just trying to get my bearing on this forum. My problem looks like this: I downloaded an iso for Windows 8.1 Enterprise Evaluation edition (64 bit), wrote it on a DVD and then tried to install it on my computer. The installation froze at the blue Windows symbol (no DVD or HDD activity for a few minutes) and I had to reset the computer to get out of that situation.
The interesting part is that Win7 x64 and XP SP3 work perfectly on my system, and also I was able to install and run Win 8.1 Evaluation edition inside a VirtualBox VM.
My system specs are: CPU: AMD Phenom II X4 965 Black Edition, MB: ASRock M3A770DE, RAM: Kingston 4GB PC3-12800, HDD: 160GB (empty) , Video: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 460.
Thanks!
