Using 2 chained unattend.xml files:
Autounattend.xml - ProductKey specified inwindowsPE pass for image selection and specialize pass for activation setup
Reseal - Audit specified in oobeSystem pass
Reseal - OOBE specified at end of auditUser
Unattend.xml contains remainingoobeSystem settings
All runs fine except for Product Key prompt in OOBE.
