Can not install Virtual WiFi

Hello,

The problem seems to be well known, but in my case solutions I've seen do not work.
I use Windows 8.1, my wi-fi adapter is Intel N-135, which supports hosted networks.

The problem is, that Virtual WiFi adapter does not exist in hardware devices, also when I'm trying to start a hosted network I get a message: The group or resource is not in the correct state.

I tried to solve the problem with many different ways:
1) Install a last driver for the adapter;
2) Delete the adapter, restart the system, hosted network disallow, hosted network allow and etc.;
3) Use 3rd party software like mHotspot, Connectify and other;
4) Install the hotfix Windows6.1-KB2496820-x64, however it doesn't go, because when I try to launch .msu it shoots me the error:
0х80096002, invalid certificate, or the certificate is not found.
Why???
5) Install MSRMesh-VirtualWIFI from Microsoft Research, but installation failed. Following instruction http://research.microsoft.com/en-us/um/redmond/projects/virtualwifi/software_install.htm when I push VirtualWiFi install -wep disable -auth open I get an error:
failed to complete the action. Error 800f0203. Problem -2146500093 installing the VirtualWifi driver. Moreover the existing instruction is for Windows XP and I can not apply all of them using Windows 8.1.

What can I do???
