Windows 8.1 Update 1 - Windows Store Pinned - want to remove

With the Update 1 that was just released to MSDN, either a fresh install or update pins the Windows Store app to the taskbar.

We can't have that, but there seems to be no programmatic way of preventing it.

All of the group policy settings to block/disable Windows Store have no effect on this newly formed icon.  It doesn't seem to be in the new user profile registry hive.

Anyone have any success that doesn't involve cloning a default user profile?  (Which wouldn't have any effect on existing profiles anyways)

IMO this shouldn't even be in there on Enterprise Edition, it's largely a consumer-oriented feature and we don't want users loading any apps.
