How do I create a self-contained WIn 8.1 Install that has recovery and WinRE available without external USB or network needed?

 Hello. 

I am looking to create a fresh installation of windows 8.1 (Or soon Windows 8.1 Update 1) *WITH* a recovery partition on the same drive thatit is being installed to.  Kind of like how the setup on Surface Pro/Surface Pro 2 is (6 partitions,if memory serves: one containing Boot, system, UEFI, WinRE , OS, UEFI, and RECOVERY).   That means that I can refresh/reset my machine without using any other media (USB et al) and I can use the OS to reboot into my UEFI for my motherboard.

Any assistance would be appreciated.
