Error with USB 3.0

Hi. I have just installed windows 8.1 on my computer and it works good but I am having some issues with the USB 3.0. I connect my WD essentials to the port and try to transfer some movies to my HDD but in a few seconds i got this messeage>

and my computer restarts. I tried to upgrade the USB drivers but the problem persists. I dont know what else to try. What should i do

My computer specs

SSD Crucial M500 with OS and WD 1 Tb sata II to the movies (this is the directory where i want to transfer the movies)

ASRock 970 Extreme 3 R 2.0

Radeon HD 7770

2xKingston 2GBs RAM + 1x Kingston 4GBs RAM
