I am having an issue with my live tile Apps, I am unable to start Skype and FIFA 14 and some ond other apps. The app first windows will open and just as quickly the app minimizes to the taskbar. When I click on it from the taskbar it opens and minimizes
again. But it won't have loaded past its first window. I have tried to run the KB2902892 x64 hotfix and it says it is not applicable. I even had the guys from Answer desk take remote control of my laptop to try solve the issue and they have not managed either.
The first one identified the problem as coming from the graphics card and when I run the App diagnostics I get this information
