I have a Sony Vaio that had Windows 8 pre-installed. I have tried to upgrade to Window 8.1 but I am being told that I cannot upgrade from this version. Is there an OEM upgrade that I must utilize. I cannot upgrade from the 8.1 upgrade
on the microsoft site.
