Just had update today and Bing Desktop was installed. It reset the desktop background. Attempts to reconfigure found that Bing Toolbar does not have any of the standard options to change backgrounds. Check under >settings>general (nothing for background). Checked the INFO icon and all it will show are some Bing background images, but no options to set background. Non of the forums and tutorials suggest I'm looking in the right place, all the screens are the same as my Bing Desktop toolbar, just none of the options are there to select (not even grayed out). Any suggestions since the current background is set by Bing and I can't control it via normal background methods. Seems like Bing is totally in control of background. I'll wait a day for help and then will uninstall Bing completely and make conclusion that Bing is not compatible with Windows 8.1's quarks. Thanks for any assistance.
