"H:\ refers to a location which is unavailable" it says this every time I try to create a new folder or shortcut on windows 8 desktop.

I removed a partition before installing windows 8.  I presume there's some setting somewhere pointing windows to h:\, to stores shortcuts on.  Where is this setting and what do I do????
