I have a copy of 8.0 installed on an iSCSI target. Attempting to upgrade to 8.1 fails. On the face of it, this appears to be because the recovery environment used to complete the upgrade has neither network drivers, nor the iscsi service. (Interestingly enough it has all the command-line control programs for the iscsi service, just not the service daemon itself.)
Is there a way to add the necessary drivers and software to the recovery environment? I've found instructions for adding drivers to the Win7 and 2008 versions that might work, but nothing on adding iscsi support without substituting an entirely different recovery environment, which I'm pretty sure won't work.
Any help would be appreciated.
