Asus Zenbook UX32V Win Pro 8.1 x64 BSOD DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE

I started having this BSOD failure whenever trying to wake the computer from sleep mode.  It will hang, then display BSOD, then reboot taking 4-6 minutes then back to normal until it goes to sleep again.  It is really frustrating.  I downloaded the windbg but wasn't sure how to interpret the symbol issues correctly.  This issue occurs on a consistent basis.  Has been happening now for one week.  I checked my device manager and saw a compatibility issue with intel WiUsb, I uninstalled that device but there was no change in the failure i'm having.

Starting the computer from a cold start has the same blue screen of death with the DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE message.  I would appreciate some help in learning on how to read the minidmp files and for troubleshooting the issue.

I posted a reply message to a similar issue post, but didn't get a response there yet:
