With Windows 8.1 Update, if I wanted toinstall an appand share itamong all usersof the same computer, what would bethe best method?

How do I updatethesesharedapps?

Is it possible tosharean app (already installed) betweentwo or more accountsbelonging to the samecomputer?If so, it isalso possible tomaintain separate thesettings of theseappsfor each user?
