List of hotfixes that apply to WinPE 4.0?

Is there a list of hotfixes/updates that apply to WinPE 4.0 x64?  It would seem that at least one or two of the 600 MB+ of updates for Windows 8 would apply to WinPE.  Running an unpatched version of WinPE doesn't seem prudent in this application.  But I don't see how to track which updates should be applied.
