Windows Firewall showed many applications were allowed inbound and outbound connections not need of internet user who surfs sites of his or her own interest, few minutes of high speed internet connection from Windows 8 64 bit and I spent 100's of MBs of free memory unknowingly without any use for me, because I am from budget restrictions now, I can not afford to spend extra money from pocket for internet surfing other than free memory from subscribed plan (for this month I would need to stop surfing till next cycle of subscribed plan from ISP starts, now its 3 days only but should this happens at first day of new cycle of subscribed plan then complete month's planning collapses). I use this other Windows operating system (Windows 7 Enterprise 32 bit on a Mercury motherboard (Intel G41)) which spends only 10MB maximum for standard surfing practice of me, it's a shoestring budget practice I agree but would cost dearly unnecessarily to all and sundry home users and professionals using Windows for internet surfing, discouraging them internet surfing, reducing internet related business, increasing costs unnecessarily. Also I would be gladly surfing for hours for sites of interest of me (which was standard practice of me for years), but now I am following restricted budget for costly new computer I assembled for me and successfully using (upgrades for this computer for future years no problem) and saving money from expenditures of me, I would need Windows not spending money from my pocket.

Now because programs are blocked from automatically sending and receiving responses online, surfing of about 35 minutes of many websites only used 24 MB of memory while before these programs exhausted 100 MBs in few minutes.
