Hi,
We have got VAMT 2.0 running on Windows 2008 R2 Server.
We have installed VAMT 3.0 on a new Windows Server 2012 R2 and imported the CIL files and discovered all the computers.
We are planning to activate VAMT 3.0 with the following plan:
Activate VAMT 2.0 Server as KMS Host from VAMT 3.0 server. Right Click->Activate->Volume Activate->Current Credential
Delete the _VLMCS record from DNS
Rollback plan if required is: make VAMT 2.0 a KMS Server and make VAMT 3.0 a KMS client by using the above steps again
Just wanted to know if the above is correct or am I missing something. Could someone please assist with step by step instructions considering the above scenario. Thanks
