Hi I need help, I cant upgrade the security component of the windows media player. I bought a dvd and got a digital copy and when I tried to transfered it a window told me I need to upgrade the security component of the windows media player and it provided
me a link to it but when I got to the page the upgrade option was grayed out! What can I do to fix this? I already tried going to the computer and change the DRM folder to OLDRM and it didn't wok either. Can somebody please help me! My windows version is Windows
8 and the media player is version 12
