So I've just installed a Windows 8 machine. Used a guide to transport the appdata and user files to another drive for keeping the system drive clean.
Tried to install Skype and was greeted with the following message, which is extremely strange.

I did not relocate the ProgramData folder, I pretty much used the xml in the post. Anyone know what's happened?
