Please Help!
My first question is very simple. If i buy just a NEW VALID RETAIL product key for windows 8.1(64-bit) can i find a microsoft supported ISO to download and create an install disc? If so could you please provide a link or directions to get it? Thanks
Secondly, i found the following site which sells it extremely cheap. the link is below.
