On the page 'What's New in the Windows ADK for Windows 8.1' (http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/dn247001.aspx) there is the statement 'There are no new or changed features for USMT in this release'. This is not true since the executibles have been recompiled and are of a different size than what was orginally released for Win 8. So something has changed.
What exactly has changed from the previous version? Why would I want to use this version over the previous version?
On various Microsoft pages is see it variously referred to as USMT 5, USMT 6.3, and USMT 8.1. What is the actual version number of the latest release?
