Hi there.
My HDD died and i got Dell to replace me to a new one.
Got win8 single language edition.
Cant seem to upgrade to 8.1, it shows "0x80240031". i've tried to deactivate win defender, i've updated everything via win update including the optional updates.
any solutions?
