When I click "Store", The following error message displayed:
"We weren’t able to connect to the Store. This might have happened because of a server problem or the network connection time out. Please wait a few minutes and try again."
I tried several times but not getting connected. I contacted customer care and they advised me to login with another name. I did that but still not been able to connect to store & upgrade to win 8.1
