Reagentc "setreimage /bootkey" command is removed in Windows 8&8.1?

I was trying to set a physical recovery key using Reagentc 

but i found it different from Windows 7, the  "setreimage /bootkey" function is removed in Windows 8&8.1

without this functionality,I cannot set a physical button to enter WinRE during system boot.

Is there any function which can replace "setreimage /bootkey" function? 

Or Microsoft just takes it away without any explanation?

I found a link which talks about setting a physical recovery button to start WinRE,

but it only work for UEFI-based computers, but my computer is BIOS-based.....
