Help Me Un-Install OEM Pre-Installed Modern App Packages

I'm pulling my hair out over getting rid of some OEM pre-installed Modern apps, such - for example - as:

I've used a bunch of "dism" commands and power-shell scripts, but while I managed to get rid of some packages, a few, like the two listed above, can't be removed. There are only two user accounts on the machine in question, a (disabled) Administrator, and a User (which also belongs to the Administrators group) - the plain ordinary setup. I've temporary enabled the Administrator in the hope to get rid of those packages using that account - but it simply doesn't work. Also, I've no idea what those "[Unknown User]" accounts are which seem to have those packages installed.
