Is Wow64 support (x86) on WinPE 5.1 x64 possible?

Hi,

We are deploying Windows 8.1 Update 1 x64 on UEFI x64 architecture locked tablets with WinPE version 5.1 x64. It's not possible to deploy these tablets using a WinPE x86 version (legacy boot option is also not available in these UEFI models).

We have an internal tooling set which is used in the WinPE environment. These tools are written in 32 bit (x86 architecture). For the moment we cannot re-write the toolset in x64 yet.

The default WinPE 5.1 x64 boot image does not support Wow64 (x86) applications.

Is there a way to enable Wow64 support in WinPE 5.1 x64? I know Win8.1SE does the trick but we want to build our own WinPE boot.wim file starting from a default MS boot image (Windows 8.1 Update 1 x64).
