My laptop also having this problem how i update to windows 8.1 pro with media center i tried everything

so tech please solve this issue because of your august update i have to reformat back to windows 7 and upgrade to windows 8 need help i still need my laptop i have project at school need to complete needed in hurry so talk to technician for day
