Sysprep error for a Windows 8.1 box

I am trying to create a sysprep image, and it errors out.  There are two appxpackages,

Microsoft.VCLibs.120.00_12.0.21005.1_arm__8wekyb3d8bbwe and

Microsoft.Media.PlayReadyClient.2_2.8.1947.0_arm__8wkeyb3d8bbwe

that are causing the problem.   However, when I use powershell to get the user account that has it provisioned, it says the user is {S-1-5-18 [Unknown user]: Staged}.

How can I either install these to my current profile or remove them from the machine permanently so I can do the sysprep.

Any assistance would be appreciated.
