Unable to open Windows store at my laptop

Hi i am unable to open the window store app at my laptop. getting the error:- We weren't able to connect to the Store. This might have happened because of a server problem or the network connection time out. Please wait a few minutes and try again.i am getting the above error and unable to access the windows store, even i changed to different network same issue persisting.. please fix for the same...
