Brand new Surface 3 Pro with Windows 8.1Pro. I want to install the media centre pack but after following the add features wizard and completing the invoicing details, I consistently get "We couldn't process your order". No it isn't the card being bounced - I have tried several and even checked with the bank! I have spent (literally) 5 hours on the phone to Microsoft Windows support, the online store and get passed from one to the other and back again.
Does anyone, anywhere know how to resolve this?
