We are deploying Windows 8.1 Enterprise x64 laptops with SCCM 2012 R2. The laptops won't be part of a domain but are members of a workgroup.
What we want to accomplish is when we deliver the laptop to the user and he powers it on for the first time he has to choose a username and password. Not a Microsoft Account, just a local user who is a member of the local Administrators.
I tried marking the relevant OOBE portions in unattend.xml in true or false but they don't seem to do anything.
Any tips?
