I've just bought a new Dell laptop comes with Windows 8.1 from Best Buy. I have created a Recovery USB flash drive. Then I tried to create a new partition. After that, I cannot boot up Windows. I used my USB Recovery drive, but it stopped at "RESTORING YOUR SYSTEM....." and won't go any further. Then it gave me an ERROR: Error 0x4001001300001002. If this issue persists, please contact Dell support.
I phoned up Dell, they turned me back to Best Buy. When I contact Best Buy, they refused to give me my Windows 8.1 key. How can I get my Windows 8.1 key back while the laptop cannot boot up? Please help, it is only a 4 months new laptop.
