I am using Windows 8.0. It is current with all updates. I keep getting pop-ups to upgrade to 8.1 but they come up when I am working and cannot interrupt what I am doing.
I had time today, 9/9, around 3 PM EDT, to download and install the update. Unfortunately the software has been downloading for almost an hour at this point.
Is this normal? If not what should I do?
Suggestions are welcome.
