My recently purchased Dell laptop running Windows 8.1 has NEVER reported to me a valid EVENT LOG ONLINE HELP response to any event I have clicked on. The replies from the HELP link are always:
1. PAGE NOT FOUND
or
2. We Didn't Find Any Information about the event in the TechNet Wiki .....
XP always worked fine...need assistance please
