Since upgrading windows 8 64 bit to 8.1, my preinstalled Asus laptop is now unable to restore back. As the product key is embedded in the BIOS, I would like to download a Windows 8 64 bit ISO file to perform a clean install. Asus support will only provide disks but these are chargeable. Is it possible to download the ISO file from Microsoft.
