Keep the full name of a local account when switching from a Microsoft account to the local

Using Windows 8 Enterprise 64 bit, I have noticedthat the full nameofa local account(set withthe net users "<username>" /fullname:"<full name>"command)is deletedwhenever I switchfroma Microsoft accountto the local account associated with it.So, how doI have toprevent this?
