I upgraded from Win8.1 to Win 8.1 pro - all went well.
Unfortunately the Laptop crashed and was reset to factory default after the camera on the unit failed, thereby reinstalling Windows etc. I now can't find the Windows 8 pro key (the ID used to upgrade to Win 8.1 pro). It was probably sent as an email but I have lost that as well, all I have is the invoice with a part number and ID (which is not the product key)
How can I recover the product key so I can get Win 8.1 pro again and therefore join the work domain.
