File Manager won't display on Start Screen W8.1 using GP

Hi Everyone,

I've been trying to get file manager to display on windows 8.1 start screen using GP. Following instructions using Export-Startlayout I create the xml file from W8.1  that contain the pinned icons and then use the file in GP, Computer Config > Policies> Admin Templates >   Start Menu and Taskbar > Start Screen Layout > my.xml file.Everything seems to work ok except for File Manager. below is the snippit from the xml file pertaining to File Manager.  Better yet I would like MyDocument folder to be on the start screen but haven't figured out how to get the appid from the MyDocument folder.
