I'd like to purchase windows 8.1 Pro online through download option, but I do not know if what I am able to download comes with an ISO option so it can be burnt into a disc for safekeeping, restoration and cpu transferring purposes.
Can anyone clarify if the online download of windows 8.1 pro can give me an option to creating a hard copy of it for myself that I can use to restore/reinstall windows as well as the ability to transfer my license to another computer ?
