MDT 2013 - Injecting Updates and Drivers

Hello Everyone!

I have a question about injecting drivers/ firmware packs and Windows Updates for the Surface Pros using MDT 2013.

I have setup a task to deploy Windows 8.1 enterprise x64 with Update 1 on Surface Pros 1/2/3. I need to inject the rest of the updates to have it fully updated to the current release of Microsoft updates.

Is there a list of updates that I can download to inject in the image? I am unsure what ones should be downloaded and what ones will cause conflict with others.

Also,  I have injected the drivers and firmware but it does not install the firmware on the system with MDT. Can this be done during the image process?

We patch our systems using Altiris. We do not use the Windows Update Service. It is disabled. I need to create a image with all updates and be able to upgrade the firmware, if possible. If not via the image process how is this done without using Windows update?
