Installing Windows from HDD

So with MDT you can deploy from the network and create an media ISO that you can burn onto a USB making it an offline deployment. Were I run into at this moment is that I want to do an offline deployment but from a partition on the same HDD as were the OS will be installed.

What I have done. 1. Create partitions, one of 16gb (this will be were the deployment files will be) and one of the rest of the HDD. Made the 16gb active and copied the files from the USB over to the partition. 2. When I boot up the system the partition picks up and is starting the deployment. It does not format the drives, but it does install windows on the volume that will be c:

All goes well driver injection and all, but when it reboots it looses the drive letter were the deployment files are on and when the deployment needs to continue it says that it cannot find litetouch.wsf and at that point I am stuck.

Does anybody had a smart idea, or an solution to get this working?
