I just purchased an HP 400-413 Desktop PC from Best Buy and it came with Win 8.1 w/ Bing. I would like to upgrade to Windows 8.1 Professional. Can i simply purchase an upgrade license to unlock the professional features like Joining a Domain and RDP, or do I have to re-install windows from scratch with Windows 8.1 Professional? If it is possible to just purchase an upgrade license, how do I do this and how much does it cost? Thanks
