recovered laptop admin account not enabled, can only logon with user hotmail account which is a super user so cant install officw and skype.

Hi I recovered a laptop but downgraded the main users rights to prevent them being hijacked again. I logged off and cant logon as admin i don't get the option. I can see that the admin account is disabled. What is the best way to change the admin account password without re-installing ?
