Reagentc Recovery Image unable to be placed in the Root Directory

Following the below titles to restore a GPT volume of windows 8 from a win8PE.

Samples: Applying Windows, System, and Recovery Partitions by using a Deployment Scrit

Sample: Configure UEFI GPT Based Hard Drive Partitions by Using Windows PE and DiskPart

Everything works except I don't have the winre file, and the biggest problem is the second to last line. Using Reagentc I get the error that the recovery image is unable to be placed in the root directory. I've followed the guide line by line.

Any help would be appreciated!
