Internet Explorer 10 will not learn the window size I like as my default. I had installed Win8 32 bit without this problem. I just upgraded some hardware and changed to Win8 64 bit. Now I have this problem.
I have run many versions of IE on many computers and IE has always learned the preferred window size without much issue. Sometimes I have had to take a couple tries but it always works within the first two. In this case, no luck.
I have tried multiple combinations of 1,2, and 3 windows opened, resized, and closed in various orders. I have opened new windows from taskbar or from within IE. I have also tried Alt-[X], Ctl-[X], and File->Exit.
